  1. Please note that it is D. Ululani Beirne-Keawe, Ralph Makaiau, and we are still waiting on appointment of Fran Palama as of 5/15/2013.

Today we had our Master Planning Committee Meeting at 9:00 a.m. with myself as Co-Chair, (excuse Ralph Makaiau), May Au, Ben Shafer, Lauren Tanaka and our Guest Olani Decker Lilly from Keaukaha, Hawai’i Island on Non-Profits and Charter Schools. We reviewed Documents on hand and the Matrix provided by Ralph Makaiau from Ron Iopa and also the Master Planning Outline provided by Lauren Tanaka. The Committee voted unanimosly to use the Master Planning Outlinge Document as a guideline and assigned the work accordingly. The next meeting will be held on May 22, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. at the Kahana Visitors Center.

The Documents Committee also met on 5/13/2013 with May Au, D. Ululani Beirne-Keawe and Fran Palama present. The Committee will meet again on May 20th, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. at the Kahana Visitors Center.

We are anticipating the Housing and Interpretive Program Committees to be scheduling their meetings soon.
